Owning a CraftBot is a great, heartwarming feeling, but there are some other things, that can make our hearts a even more warmer; Our beloved pets!

No matter if it’s a dog, a cat, a fish, or any type of exotic animal, having a pet around the house always serves as a good opportunity to 3d print something helpful.

Of course, there are thousands of simple, yet necessary things that you can print to manage your pet’s everyday life, like tweezers, hinges for aquariums, or cages, scoops, brushes, and so on, but we’ve collected a few interesting projects for you.

You’re all about making selfies, but somehow Fido doesn’t seem interested in it at all? Use this mount to position his favourite toy (and the glance of his puppy eyes) above the phone’s camera. BOOM! Perfect, dog-selfies!

Worried, that your beloved one might get hungry while you’re away? Build her this self-serving dispenser! (just make sure she won’t overfeed herself!)

In case your dog got too much of the self-served goodies, then print this pedometer collar-mount so you can track her workout (not sure if you have to divide the results by two or not, since she has twice the amount of legs, but whatever…)

OK, and now something completely different.

In case you have to send your pets to the battlefield, be sure, they’re well prepared! For guinea pigs

or for cats:

We found this one quite amusing, and somewhat cute. If you’re keeping chickens and interested in 3d printing at the same time you can encourage them with this fake egg, to make them start laying real ones!

And of course hamsters do deserve a nice castle or a modular house on the moon:

But let’s talk about two 3d printing related kickstarter projects for pet lovers!

The first is GoBone, the 3d printed smart bone, that can keep your dog entertained while you’re away. Simple fun, with replaceable 3d printed  parts!

And the second is… uhm. It’s a bit hard to talk about this one. You know, cat’s tend to look at you like they are silently judging you. In case your feline friend doesn’t do that (or just hides it really well), you’ll definitely get a few weird looks from her, or at least, from the neighbours when using this uh… nevermind, just watch the video here.
